Fully sealed guide tank system

Choice of working mode

Foam water mist dust removal system is a combination of foam dust removal and water mist dust removal equipment, through the shared water filtration equipment, pipeline booster pump to provide water, through the detection of environmental dust concentration in the transfer station to control the start and stop of the corresponding equipment. In the startup stage of the belt and when the water content of the material is very low, the dust concentration of the transfer station will seriously exceed the standard. At this time, the foam dust removal system is selected to start. When the dust concentration is low, the high pressure water mist dust removal system can be started. If necessary, the foam dust removal system and the high pressure water mist system can be started at the same time. The control mode can be automatically switched through the remote DCS room or the local control box.

Design principle

The foam water mist dust removal system uses the washing water of the transfer station to filter effectively, and automatically adds certain foam generating agent into the water, and introduces the wind pressure. Through the special equipment, the process of material absorption, mixing and foaming is completed to produce delicate foam. The independent foam generating unit sprays the foam onto the dust source. The good covering, wetting and adhesion properties of foam can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the transfer station. Then the dust concentration of the transfer station can be greatly reduced by matching the corresponding water mist dust removal.

Equipment structure

The front water system includes a water filtration system, a pipeline booster pump, a flowmeter, a pressure stabilizer system, and a water distributor. Box and foam generator are the main equipment of foam dust suppression system, which is composed of foam liquid box, foam generator ration supply device, water supply control, air supply device, independent foam unit, foam regeneration device, foam control system and so on. The box and the metal parts are made of stainless steel material, acid and alkali resistant, anti-corrosion. All non-metallic parts are made of acid and alkali resistant, anti-static and flame retardant materials. The whole equipment and the main parts are pressurized airtight test, prevent dripping phenomenon. Modular foam generator is composed of a number of independent foaming units, according to the actual requirements of the dust removal point, choose different quantities and layout to achieve the best dust removal effect.

Use effect

Compared with other wet dust removal methods, the water consumption of foam water mist can be reduced by 60%-80%. Dust removal efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary spray dust removal. After the water is foamed more than 40 times, the total volume and total surface area are greatly increased, which increases the collision efficiency with dust. The foam can cover the dust source without gaps and fundamentally prevent the dust from spreading outward. The dust removal mode (foam, water mist or stop) can be automatically selected based on the dust concentration detection value of the transfer station. The local display screen of the equipment control system clearly displays the real-time dust concentration of the transfer station, the 24-hour dust concentration fluctuation curve, the accumulated water consumption of the equipment, the water consumption of tons of conveying capacity, the wind speed at the outlet of the material guide tank, the temperature and humidity of the transfer station and other technical parameters. The detection parameters of each transfer station can be uploaded centrally to the unified management system.

Performance characteristics

The liquid film of foam contains special additives, which can quickly change the dust wetting performance and increase the speed of dust being wet.

Buffering machine

The left and right side of the buffer bed can be separately installed, and the buffer strip can be replaced by a single strip. The buffer strip is made of high resilience polyurethane elastomer as the buffer carrier, and the contact surface with the belt is made of ultra-high molecular polyethylene which is resistant to wear and has low friction coefficient. It is made by special process and combined with the fully sealed guide groove.

Plate support group

The supporting assembly of the supporting plate is a ultra-high molecular polyethylene rectangular pipe fitting arranged between two sets of standard idlers to form a support for the belt, prevent the tape from jitter and improve the sealing of the guide groove. The rectangular supporting plate assembly can be used on both sides, and there is no connecting bolt on the working face to prevent the belt from being scratch. Flame retardant products are available.

Fully enclosed guide groove belt support system

Idler supports are arranged at 600mm intervals. The middle horizontal idlers are reserved for groove idlers. Short idlers are on both sides, and the length is 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the length of standard idlers. The upper side of the short roller is a continuous slide support system. The slide is made of 8 million molecular weight ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. The inner lining plate of the guide groove is made of polyurethane composite wear-resistant lining plate, which can be adjusted up and down to improve the sealing level of the guide groove while protecting the guide groove, and protect the outer anti-overflow skirt plate.

Damping dust suppression curtain

A multi-channel damping dust suppression curtain is installed at the top of the material guide trough to attenuate the induced wind speed and make the dust settle.

Buffer pressure relief cloth bag

The cushion and pressure relief cloth bag is made of PTFE coated composite material with flame retardant characteristics. It is installed on the top before the feeding point of the guide groove, and the pressure relief function of the pressure relief cloth bag can reduce the induced wind speed in the guide groove and reduce the dust. The pressure relief cloth bag is self - cleaning with stainless steel guard.

Overflow apron and clamp

Guide groove labyrinth type polyurethane elastoelastic anti-overflow skirt board is used for all kinds of belt conveyor guide groove system, with good sealing performance, excellent wear resistance, no wear belt, anti-static, long service life and other characteristics, fundamentally solve the problem of spreading material, powder leakage, greatly reduce the maintenance work. The anti-overflow skirt plate is used in combination with fast gripper and light Angle steel. Two sets of gripper are used for each meter of the skirt plate. The height of the anti-overflow skirt plate can be properly adjusted according to the actual size of the material guide groove.

Due to the influence of various factors such as coal type, moisture degree of pulverized coal, particle dispersion, etc., it is difficult for all kinds of precipitators used in transfer stations to achieve good and sustainable ideal results. The curving anti-blocking design of the coal falling pipe is carried out by using "dispersed material gathering technology" to reduce the generation of dust at the source. By improving the sealing performance of the material guide groove and expanding the capacity and setting micro-power dust removal unit in the material guide groove, the dust at the outlet of the material guide groove is very little when the induced wind speed at the outlet of the material guide groove is reduced to less than 2 m/s. Only in order to achieve the purpose of "sustained good" and "treating both symptoms and root causes".
